A logo is often the first handshake between a brand and the people it's trying to reach. My approach focuses on marks that stay legible at any size — from a favicon to a storefront sign — while still carrying a distinct point of view. Every logo project starts with research into the brand's world before a single sketch is drawn.
View Logo DesignBrand identity work goes beyond the logo to build a full visual system — color, type, imagery, and voice — that holds together across every touchpoint a customer might encounter. The goal is consistency without monotony: a system flexible enough to grow with the brand, but recognizable no matter where it shows up.
View Logo Design + Brand IdentityWedding design is some of the most personal work I take on — invitation suites, day-of signage, and other details that set the tone for a couple's celebration. Each project is built around the couple's own story, not a template, so the final pieces feel like them.
View Wedding DesignsPackaging is a brand's chance to make an impression in someone's hands, not just their eyes. This work covers structural and surface design for products that live on a shelf, balancing shelf presence with the practical realities of manufacturing and materials.
View Packaging & PrintI’m Madeline Trenkle — a graphic designer and art director based in American Fork, Utah. I earned my BFA in graphic design from BYU–Hawaii in 2021, and I’ve spent more than six years at an advertising agency, stepping into the art director role in 2023.
Along the way, I’ve designed more than 50 logos, a handful of websites, 20+ guides and magazines (most running 20 pages or more), 20+ campaigns, and many more designs. Additionally, I’ve pitched work to CMOs, DMOs, CEOs, and more stakeholder tables than I can count. I’ve also opened Illustrator roughly a million times. Let’s make it a million and one.
